Many businesses are not on any social media platform. So, maybe you have a website, or maybe you just have a Yelp listing. But you're not on social, you're not driving anyone to the website, and you're wondering why you aren't making any sales. Is this you? If so, we feel you. We get it.

Many folks don’t know who they serve. They're trying to serve everyone. They are trying to do too many things all at once so they end up being everywhere...is this you? Are you trying to serve too many audiences? Trying to host too many webinars? Trying to put on a membership space, run 800 social platforms, and do the actual work for your customers? You're doing too much. Analyze and evaluate: what is impacting your customer or client the most, how much time do you spend on it, and how much money do you make from it? Pivot to those areas.

Many folks confuse branding and marketing. Do you know the difference? Branding is how everything looks and feels, marketing is how you're getting that branding and content out into the world to make a sale.
